Every time a light is turned on you must say "eyes down, sparking".
Adjust exposure on camera to make camera shot less bright (or) use a trace and place it in front of lights to make it less harsh.

Redhead lights are used for general film light- has a protective mesh in case the bulbs blows.
Redhead lights are placed next to camera.

Beauty lighting
